The Orchard Richmond is the newer of two Melbourne studios from The Orchard, a wellness centre offering hyperbaric oxygen sessions of 45 or 90 minutes alongside float pods, infrared sauna, ice baths, red light therapy, compression boots and molecular hydrogen inhalation. The Richmond space, on Bridge Road, joins the original Prahran/South Yarra studio.

Float therapy is lying back in a tank or pod of body-temperature water saturated with Epsom salt, so you float effortlessly with little light or sound.
An infrared sauna uses infrared heaters to warm your body directly, at lower air temperatures than a traditional sauna.
Ice baths and contrast therapy mean immersing the body in cold water, and sometimes alternating with heat, for short timed periods.
